As I got older, my hair started to change. The texture changed and it got harder to deal with. In the last few years it got brittle and seemed fragile and damaged. (in its defense I went a little too blonde, oops.)
I turned to my research and sought out to find a moisturizing conditioner that would fix my troubles. If my hair didn't need protein, it likely needed moisture. I've tried so many deep conditioners over the years and always wind up switching from one to the next. Until now.
One time when I was having a rough day, the mister tried to cheer me up by saying "How about we go buy you a hair product?" (what can I say? he gets me) So I stomped my feet all the way to Ulta and picked up some of this magical potion.
Now, most deep conditioners will leave your hair soft and shiny. Let's be honest. But here is why this conditioner is different. It was light. Usually a day or two after washing with a deep conditioner my hair feels heavy and almost waxy. This is not the case with this conditioner. My hair is light and airy and never feels weighed down; which seems impossible when it is as moisturizing as this is.
So needless to say this has been my holy grail product ever since. I use it one or two times per week and it leaves my hair looking amazingly healthy. One tub will last you a while so it is totally worth the investment. I'm excited to give the shampoo a try in the future as well.
So... it's almost the weekend. What could be more perfect on a Friday night than deep conditioning your hair? Not much if you ask me.
Let me know if you try it out! Thanks so much for reading.
