Happy New Year! 2017 is here and we are just getting started. It's time to rebuild, recenter and to take on this new year. I've never been much of a fan of January, but I do love how everyone is super health-minded this month. There are far fewer temptations to eat poorly because most everyone is on the same page. People are focused on working out, losing weight, and just being better.
As for Must-Have Monday, I've rounded up some things that should help you meet success in the New Year!

MONDAY MUST-HAVES
If you're planning on adding some extra fitness into your routine this month, cute and comfy workout clothes are a must. I always start my workouts in sweatshirts and warm clothes until I feel my muscles are warmed up and ready for the workout. I ordered two of these beauties and I cannot wait for them to come. Of all the sneakers I have, my favorite to workout in are these. They are lightweight and stay on well with my workout socks.
If you've been reading my Wellness Wednesday posts you've been hearing me talk about clean eating. Some of you are feeling a bit overwhelmed by the idea of cleaning things up. If that's the case, start small. Make one small change. A great one would be eliminating sugar from your coffee.
This is no easy feat if you're very used to sugar and I always hear the same thing, what about my coffee?! The best way to improve your caffeine addiction is by swapping creamers for a healthier alternative. Find a clean almond or coconut milk without sugar, and then add some raw honey to your cup of jo. For added sweetness, froth your milk first and you'd be suprised that your coffee still tastes good, all without the added calories and sugar.
