I love smoothies. They are the perfect snack at any time of day. They allow me to get so many healthy things into my diet. My favorite smoothies are the ones I get to have as a reward for working out. I usually do some variation of protein powder, almond milk, unsweetened cocoa or cocao powder, chia or flax seeds, natural peanut butter, cinnamon and ice. It's a small smoothie that makes a big difference. I look forward to it when I'm working out and it is a great way to motivate myself to push a little harder.
