"The middle of the road is where the white line is - and that's the worst place to drive." ~Robert Frost
The closer I get to the end of June the more I start thinking about summer. Weekend walks in the park, backyard BBQs. When I picture the watermelon, the ocean, the sunsets, I picture all-white outfits and pink lemonade. White is the summer version of black. (obvious?)
I know many of us are hesitant about wearing all white looks in fear of them not being flattering, but I'm a big believer that with the right cut of clothing and the right pieces, a monochromatic look is slimming in any shade.
I'm loving all of the eyelit shirts and dresses I've been seeing. I also am liking a lot of the materials that are out right now. I'm hoping to add some affordable white pieces to my wardrobe this summer since I currently own more ivory than white.
White is instantly classic and pairing two white pieces together brings you one step closer to The Hamptons no matter how far away you live.
